 Laurence T. Himes, Jr. received his law degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 1974. Tip is a 1963 graduate of William Penn High School and a 1967 graduate of Yale University. He served as a First Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps from 1967 to 1970 with service in Vietnam. He was born in Orange, New Jersey on May 6, 1945. Tip is the father of five children. He and his wife, Cindy, reside in Spring Garden Township, York County. Tip is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Rated attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of Banking Law, Personal Injury, General Litigation, Real Estate, Wills and Estates and Estate Litigation.

 John C. Herrold, a York County native, grew up in the Dover area. He graduated from Dover Area High School in 1963 and received his B.A. degree in accounting from Franklin & Marshall College in 1967. Following college, John served 2 years in the U.S. Army, with overseas duty in Germany and Vietnam. After fulfilling his military obligation, he completed his legal studies at Penn State Dickinson School of Law, from which he received his J.D. degree in 1973. John serves on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of York and York County. He has served on the Board of Directors for various civic organizations in the York County area, including serving as President of the York County Bar Association. John is engaged in the general practice of law with emphasis in Wills and Estates, Municipal Law, Zoning and Real Estate. He serves a Solicitor for the Register of Wills of York County and represents various municipalities and zoning hearing boards in York County. To Top |
 A lifelong resident of Wellsville, Suzanne H. Griest graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1981. Suzanne earned her undergraduate degree from Ursinus College (with honors in Political Science) in 1978. She is a 1974 graduate of Northern High School. She is the daughter of the late Russell F. Griest, one of the founders of the firm. Suzanne and her husband, Harry, reside in Wellsville with their son, Hank. She is active in her church choir and music ministry. Suzanne enjoys sports, reading and performing arts. Suzanne concentrates her practice in the areas of Family Law, Estates & Wills, Real Estate and Municipal Law. She is actively involved in the York County Bar Association and its Foundation, having been a former chair of the Family Law Section and a past president of the Association. Suzanne has served on the Board of Directors of various civic and non-profit organizations. Suzanne takes a very practical approach to her practice of law and strives to resolve issues through negotiation but is also an experienced litigator who has achieved many successful outcomes.  David Schaumann is a native of York County and graduated from York Suburban High School and the Dickinson School of Law. He is a very skilled, experienced, and creative attorney, who can expertly handle and successfully negotiate a wide variety of problems and issues. He believes that practical and creative solutions are often superior to traditional legal approaches. David provides general legal services to York County individuals and businesses in a variety of areas including Business Law, Commercial Transactions, Business Start-up, Estate Settlement, Real Estate, Property Tax Assessment Appeals and Will Preparation. In addition, he offers specialized services to York County employers in all aspects of Employment Law including counsel on Benefit Issues, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Discrimination, Termination, and Severance. He has successfully defended employers before the State and Local Human Relations Commissions and the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), as well as in State and Federal Court.  Heather Zeger Reynosa has successfully argued on behalf of her clients before numerous Pennsylvania trial courts as well as before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. She has also obtained numerous favorable Opinions from all of the Appellate Courts in Pennsylvania. In fact, in 2007, Heather on behalf of her client, created new case law in the Family Law arena. In addition to Family Law, her primary practice areas are Criminal Law, Juvenile Law, and Appellate Practice. She is a skilled trial attorney who is regularly in the courtroom. Heather received her Juris Doctor Degree from The Dickinson School of Law in 1997. While attending Dickinson, she received the CALI award for excellent achievement in the study of Advanced Criminal Procedure. In 1994, Heather earned her undergraduate degree, graduating magna cum laude from Catawba College in Salisbury, North Carolina, and was awarded the Whitener Award, given annually to the man and woman in the graduating class who combine in themselves, the highest qualities of character, leadership, and scholarship. Heather is a member of the York County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Courts of Pennsylvania. As an active York County Bar Association Member, she is a member of the Family Law Section, Co-Chair of the Law Day Committee and a member of the Employee Relations Committee. Heather was born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, and was raised along with her younger sister in Mercersburg, Pennsylvania. Heather and her husband, Dean, live in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, with their daughter. To Top |
